Ayo Adeduro - Managing Director
Ayo Adeduro is the founder of RedBreed and has been an independent programme management professional for the last 10 years. Before founding RedBreed, Ayo spent over 10 years in senior management roles helping organisations like British Airways and American Express combine the creative and commercial elements of new product development. Ayo holds a BSc in Engineering and an MBA from London Business School. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Ayo lives in London with his wife and daughter.

Jason P Cross - Technology
Jason is an experienced programme manager and business process improvement consultant – specialising in helping world-class financial services organisations find new ways of using technology to achieve sustainable operational performance improvements. Jason leads our technology operations at RedBreed and has been an interim change management professional for over 10 years. Prior to that he held senior management roles in retail, consumer goods and telecommunications companies. Jason lives in London with his partner and enjoys travelling.

Kapil Kumar - Business Operations
Kapil leads our Business Operations activities at RedBreed and is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business administration and operations. A graduate of a prestigious Institute of Technology in India, Kapil has held various senior client facing roles in financial services industry and with boutique consulting and advisory firms – before becoming an independent change management consultant 8 years ago. He is married and lives in London with his wife and two daughters.

Sue Thomas - Network Management
Sue is an experienced marketing professional that focuses on helping financial services companies develop their brands to better attract potential employees. She is engaged in assignments with a portfolio of clients as an independent consultant after various senior marketing roles with organisations like British Airways and American Express. Sue leads activities focused on attracting diverse and distinct professionals to our network. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and enjoys the occasional long walks in the countryside.
