RedBreed traces its origin back to 2001 when six friends came together to provide clients with practical and actionable advice under the Seugma brand - with a vision of creating a network where experienced and independent professionals could work collaboratively in order to become more valuable individually.

In 2004, the company was rebranded as RedBreed – which was derived from the concatenation of the words “Red” – the colour of passion and courage (also the colour of longest wavelengths of light discernible by the human eye) - and “breed” – a group of organisms having certain common distinguishable characteristics. For us, that common distinguishable characteristic is our values.

Today, our vision and our values remains the same. RedBreed connects experienced and independent interim project, programme, and change management professionals, who have collectively delivered project, programme and change management initiatives for more than 100 client units in the financial services industry – with over 80% of our work coming from client units that have engaged us before.
