Changing the payments landscape in line with consumer behaviour.

Professionals in our Payments and Transaction Management practice group work with banks, card issuers as well as the other payment stakeholders to deliver project, programme, and change management initiatives to develop new strategies, operating models and capabilities for payments – such as Internet, Mobile and Contactless payments - in line with changes in consumer behaviour and the changing payment landscape.

Examples of our work.

• Leading a programme of work to bring a leading banking group up to full compliance with the Payment Services Directive (PSD) across all retail, business, commercial, corporate, private, etc banking markets and brands.
• Leading the delivery of the transformational changes required to ensure the payments platform of a leading retail group was able to receive payments transactions from additional 30 million customer accounts following integration.
• Implementing a Group Wide Payments Compliance Control Framework for a leading banking group and completing compliance assessment of over 2,500 in-flight projects to ensure the integrity of payments compliance is maintained as people, process and technology projects are delivered.
• Managing a transformational programme within a leading banking group focused on re-engineering its Trade Finance transaction management business processes and operations around a new core IT system.
